Shaquille O’Neal Was Backstage At AEW Full Gear

Last night on AEW Dynamite, Jade Cargill debuted for the promotion where she cut an intense promo on Cody Rhodes. During this, she seemingly teased that NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal will be joining the promotion.

This comes after Shaq actually said in an interview several months ago that he wants to work with AEW and wrestle Cody, so it appears as if that match is going to be on the cards sooner or later.

Commentary noted that Shaq was backstage during AEW Full Gear over the weekend, and we know this to be true as the basketball star was spotted in the latest episode of Being The Elite, which aired on Monday.

You can check out Shaq’s cameo on the show, which seemed to tease that he’s going to be involved with AEW over the coming weeks and months, at the 21:50 minute mark during the video below.

Shaquille O’Neal isn’t the only interesting name to appear backstage at AEW Full Gear. A current WWE Raw star was also filmed behind-the-scenes at last weekend’s pay-per-view event.
