WWE Survivor Series tickets are selling faster than previous shows in Boston’s TD Garden.
On August 24, WWE released pre-sale tickets for their upcoming Survivor Series event in November at Boston’s TD Garden.
Per WrestleTix, the tickets moved extremely fast with most of the seats being filled almost immediately before the company opened up more seats.
Following the start of the pre-sale, Wrestling Observer’s Dave Meltzer posted a tweet saying how this was the first time in quite some time that WWE has nearly sold out the building.
Meltzer wrote:
I know some want to deny this and compare years ago TV ratings, but WWE is hot. Survivor Series tickets at Barclays are selling far faster than any wrestling show in that building in a long time
He later deleted and revised the tweet to say:
Survivor Series in Boston basically sold out during the presale today. Whatever is held back will sellout during the public onsale. I can’t think of a WWE show in years to do that.
This follows the August 22 edition of WWE Raw in Toronto, which was a legitimate sellout.
Ticket sales is not the only thing up currently for WWE as this past Monday’s Raw also saw the viewership increase, which you can read here.
