Who wants to watch people wrestle? What people want to see is the biggest WWE stars just making out. Soap opera drama often captures the imagination of their casual audience and for the very least, that is shown by this YouTube clip. In 2012, AJ Lee got around on television. Not that there is anything wrong with that, but in six months she had relationship storylines with CM Punk, Daniel Bryan, Kane, John Cena, and Dolph Ziggler. Damn.

Following a Cena win over Ziggler in November, AJ Lee and Cena locked lips and played tonsil hockey. This was a double-overtime battle by the look of this makeout session. Clearly, people wanted to see it as the clip has amassed 141 million views. A month later, she turned on Cena for Ziggler. Love does not exist.

2. John Cena and Brock Lesnar get into a brawl that clears the entire locker room: Raw, April 9, 2012 – 175 million

In a more traditional pro wrestling segment, John Cena and Brock Lesnar engaged in a classic pull-apart brawl on Raw in 2012. This was one week after Lesnar returned to Raw and F5’d Cena on the night after WrestleMania XXVIII. Cena wanted to take a bite out of Lesnar and ended up with an insanely bloody mouth as a result.

Most of the roster was out there to try and keep these two separate but this was a huge segment to build to a match with a ton of casual interest. Again, this was shown by the clip garnering 175 million views. While this was a good segment, this resulted in one of the stupidest booking decisions in WWE history when Cena beat Lesnar at Extreme Rules. We cannot have nice things.

1. Randy Orton makes it personal with Triple H – 242 million

Well, yikes. Of course, the moment at the top of this list is the one that could absolutely not take place today. During the build to WrestleMania XXV, Randy Orton was determined to dismantle the McMahon family. On this particular episode of Raw, he took things to a new level. After handcuffing Triple H to the ropes, Orton hit the draping DDT on Stephanie McMahon and planted a smooch on her prone body.

Yeah, you uh, shouldn’t kiss unconscious women. IN CASE YOU NEEDED REMINDING. Perhaps it was the controversy of a segment like this or maybe more people just want to see WWE people kiss, but this clip has become WWE’s most viewed clip ever with 242 million views. That’s a lot of views.

While it has been viewed many times, do not expect anything like this to happen again.
