10 Stars With The Most Elimination Chamber Eliminations

3. The Undertaker – 6 Eliminations

The Undertaker has an impressive six eliminations to his name in Chamber matches, a stat that is even more impressive given the fact that he has competed in only three. Undertaker’s first chamber match came in 2008 when he fought for the chance to face the World Heavyweight Champion at WrestleMania 24 in a match featuring superstars from both SmackDown and ECW.

Taker had an impressive showing in his first outing managing to pin The Great Khali and Finlay. He would then be left alone with Batista who ate a Tombstone and became Taker’s third victim of the night. Undertaker would take this win and the momentum that came with it to WrestleMania where he took the World Heavyweight Championship from Edge.

Undertaker’s next Chamber match was in 2009, where he managed to eliminate Vladimir Kozlov, a man who actually pinned Undertaker on Smackdown a few months prior, and Jeff Hardy before he was pinned by Triple H, who picked up the win and won the WWE Championship.

Finally, in his last to date and most likely the last of his career, Undertaker entered the 2011 Elimination Chamber as World Heavyweight Champion. After pinning John Morrison, Shawn Michaels would climb through the floor of the structure and deliver Sweet Chin Music to the ‘Phenom’, allowing Chris Jericho to pick up the win and paving the way for that WrestleMania match against Shawn Michaels.

2. Triple H – 7 Eliminations

Triple H is the most successful superstar in terms of victories in the Elimination Chamber, winning four of his six matches (2003, 2005, 2008 and 2009). However, he is not the most successful in terms of eliminations.

Triple H walked into the first ever Elimination Chamber match as World Heavyweight Champion. Despite entering the match at the dreaded number one spot, lasting nearly 40 minutes, HHH failed to pick up a single elimination and was pinned in the final sequence by Shawn Michaels.

Triple H recovered, and actually won his next FOUR consecutive Chamber matches; handing Goldberg his first pinfall in WWE to retain his World Heavyweight Championship at Summerslam in 2003, and also eliminating former Evolution buddy Randy Orton to win back the World Heavyweight Championship in 2005.

In 2008, Triple H got one back on Shawn Michaels by eliminating him and also Jeff Hardy to earn his way into the WWE Championship match at WrestleMania 24 between Randy Orton and Royal Rumble match winner John Cena.

This was followed by another impressive showing in 2009, when he won the WWE Championship, eliminating both Big Show and finally Undertaker to win the match.

In 2010, in his last Chamber match to date, Triple H’s luck ran out, and despite eliminating the defending WWE Champion Sheamus, the Cerebral ‘Assassin’ was pinned by John Cena, following an Attitude Adjustment.

The fact that Triple H is the most successful participant in chamber matches when it comes to wins, and the second most when it comes to eliminations, makes it fitting that he is now the one booking chamber matches like he did on SmackDown this past week.

1. Chris Jericho – 10 Eliminations

Not only does Chris Jericho pick up the number one spot for most Elimination Chamber eliminations, but he does so comfortably, with three more than the second best, Triple H.

Chris Jericho has competed in eight Elimination Chamber matches, taking part in all of the first three Chambers. In 2002, Jericho aimed to win the World Heavyweight Championship and successfully eliminated both Kane and Booker T, before falling to Shawn Michaels following a Sweet Chin Music.

In 2003, he managed to eliminate Kevin Nash before becoming one of Goldberg’s three victims that night. Then, in his next outing, in 2005, Jericho was successful in eliminating Edge, taking his total tally for eliminations to four, before being pinned by Batista following a Batista Bomb.

We would have to wait three years for Jericho’s next Chamber appearance, and it looked like he hadn’t missed a step, eliminating both JBL and Umaga, before being eliminated by Jeff Hardy. Now on six eliminations, Jericho entered the 2009 Chamber and eliminated Mike Knox (remember him?), before being pinned by Rey Mysterio following a 619.

Despite eliminating 10 men and competing in eight of the 22 Chamber matches, Jericho has only won once, and this came in 2010, where after some assistance from Shawn Michaels, Jericho was able to pin Undertaker and win the World Heavyweight Championship.

Now on eight eliminations in six matches, Jericho entered the 2012 Chamber competing for the WWE Championship. He pinned both Kofi Kingston and Dolph Ziggler, before being forced out of the chamber by CM Punk, therefore never being officially eliminated.

In this last chamber match in 2013, however, Jericho was unsuccessful in earning a shot at the World Heavyweight Champion at WrestleMania 29, failing to pick up a single elimination. Instead of competing for a championship at that year’s Mania, Jericho was forced to wrestle Fandango, and LOSE!

Now with Jericho officially signed with All Elite Wrestling, WWE might be tempted to have someone break his record for chamber eliminations… one Braun Strowman, perhaps?
