10 Wrestling Stars Who Used To Be Jobbers

4. Tommaso Ciampa

Once again we will have to stretch the meaning of the term ‘jobber’ for this one. Tommaso Ciampa has made an even bigger name for himself as wrestling’s greatest heel in 2018 but back in 2005 he performed as Thomas Whitney on an episode of SmackDown.

Ciampa came to the ring wearing glasses and a suit playing the role of Muhammad Hassan’s personal attorney. Ciampa berated the live crowd before being interrupted by the Undertaker, who came to the ring and delivered a Chokeslam and a Tombstone to the defenceless Ciampa.

Ciampa would perform as a true enhancement talent for WWE as Tommaso Whitney in 2005 and 2006. Ciampa competed in a dark match on Heat against Lance Cade and a televised match on Velocity against Jamie Noble in December of 2005. Ciampa would then team with Kofi Kingston in a dark match on another episode of Heat in August of 2006 where the duo lost to Lance Cade and Trevor Murdoch.
