WWE
2025 has been a year of many departures from WWE, and there have been plenty more over the past few weeks.
Here are 17 stars that were either released by WWE or had their contracts expire recently.

17. Andrade

There has been a whole lot of talk about Andrade and his WWE departure today.
Despite appearing on AEW Dynamite just a couple of weeks after he was fired by WWE due to “discplinary” issues, he hasn’t appeared again in the two weeks since then.
This is reportedly due to WWE trying to enforce a one-year non-compete clause.
Due to the nature of him being fired with cause or for breach of contract, language in WWE contracts stipulates a one-year non-compete, although it’s unclear how that would hold up if challenged in court.
