16. Dakota Kai
Another big name release, and one of the most surprising, was Dakota Kai.
Like Strowman, this is the second time Kai has been released by WWE – the first being in April 2022 before she returned just a few months later for SummerSlam.
Kai had been a member of Damage CTRL since her SummerSlam return, reigning as WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion twice alongside IYO SKY.
Rumor has it that Damage CTRL as a group is no more, and that played a part in the decision to release Kai from her contract.
