3 Things That Should Happen At WWE Money In The Bank, And 3 That Absolutely Should Not

Elias SHOULD throw King Corbin off WWE HQ roof

One of the biggest questions heading into tonight has nothing to do with the actual results of any of the matches, and is actually just whether someone is gonna get lobbed off the WWE HQ roof.

I say someone should, and that someone should be King Corbin, and it should be Elias that does it.

WWE has had several of the competitors in the Money in the Bank ladder match tease throwing someone off the roof, and if we know WWE, we can infer that it’s probably going to happen and wouldn’t have been mentioned otherwise.

Looking at the field of 12 participants, no-one deserves it more than Corbin.

His program with Elias has been running since before WrestleMania when he knocked Elias off the platform in the Performance Center.

Elias then won a match between the two at WrestleMania via a rollup, but Corbin decided to batter him backstage on SmackDown a couple of weeks ago and we’ve not seen him since.

The ultimate ‘I can go one better than you’ would be if Elias lobbed him off the roof.

The heel gets his comeuppance, Elias gets a nice moment, and most importantly it stops Corbin from winning.

Also, Elias obviously isn’t in the match, but perhaps Corbin can walk into a random room and find him playing his guitar and they can fight each other from there.

R-Truth vs. MVP SHOULD NOT Happen

In case you missed the announcement yesterday, WWE confirmed MVP vs R-Truth for Money in the Bank for reasons. And by reasons I mean absolutely no reason whatsoever.

And I know the match is already booked in so it might be a bit late to say it shouldn’t happen, but just bear with me here.

MVP has taken the tag team of Brendan Vink and Shane Thorne under his wing on Raw, and they got a bit of momentum with a win over Ricochet & Cedric Alexander.

Here’s what I propose: MVP comes out and says he won’t be wrestling R-Truth, and instead puts him up against Brendan Vink, who beats him.

Vink is someone WWE is reportedly wanting to push, and this seems like as good an opportunity as any to sort of start that off.

Essentially, I just don’t want MVP to keep wrestling unless he’s actually going to be doing it full-time. And now he’s got this relationship with Thorne and Vink, why not use it?

If he’s only there as a producer and manager, don’t have him take up a spot on a pay-per-view card that could be used for someone like Vink.

As good as Truth is, and trust me I absolutely love him, he’s expendable in these situations at this point in his career.
