Ricochet reigned as WWE’s Speed Champion earlier this year, but AEW’s hypothetical speed championship would be a little different to WWE’s.
AEW’s ‘High Speed’ Championship would be less five minute matches and more in the vein of STARDOM’s High Speed Championship, which is competed for by fast and high flying wrestlers.
AEW’s roster has absolutely no shortage of fast wrestlers, from Ricochet to Lio Rush to countless potential visitors from CMLL.
There’s also potential for a women’s version of the title too.
