WWE/AEW
With more former AEW stars seemingly set to join WWE in the near future, there could be some brand new tag teams involving these stars.
By combining a star most synonymous with WWE with a new signee, there are many intriguing possibilities.
Here five new tag teams that could come about after the arrival of potential new signees to WWE from AEW.
5. Cody Rhodes & Powerhouse Hobbs

If he doesn’t debut as a towering monster out to get Cody Rhodes — Powerhouse Hobbs could actually make the ideal companion to “The American Nightmare”.
Reportedly already signed to WWE, Hobbs could bring Rhodes’ personal influence on his career into an on-screen partnership.
Being able to serve as back-up to QB1, Hobbs would be the perfect person to watch Rhodes’ back — for now at least.
Also able to turn on him in dramatic fashion in the future to reveal Hobbs’ evil intentions all along, there are a few different ways this duo could play out.
