NXT Deadline 2024 is almost here and the final WWE PLE of the year has a lot of exciting action planned.
The two Iron Survivor Challenges are guaranteed late match-of-the-year contenders, but the card might need just a little bit of extra spice to make it a true standout of the year.
Let’s take a look at five potential surprises Shawn Michaels might have in store for us on Saturday night.
5. Oba Femi Returns
The former NXT North American Championship has not been seen on NXT since failing to recapture his title against Tony D’Angelo at October’s Halloween Havoc.

We do not currently know if the ruler of NXT is going to return to Tuesday nights or head straight up to the main roster.
While the upcoming WWE Transfer Window could result in the latter happening, the fact remains that there is still plenty of stuff for Oba to accomplish in NXT.
Whether it’s the NXT Championship or perhaps the NXT Tag Team Titles, the Nigerian’s trophy cabinet is far from full.
