The September 12 edition of AEW Collision was dedicated the life and career of Andy “The Butcher” Williams.
With this deeply emotional episode, there were several significant moments that continued to tell stories on the road to AEW All Out 2026.
While this show will be remembered as a night for The Butcher, fans might have missed some developments that will have ramifications on the company moving forward.
Here are five things you may have missed from last night’s AEW Collision September 12, 2026.
5. Eddie Kingston reignites his rivalry with Claudio Castagnoli

The main event of the September 12 AEW Collision was The Butcher Battle Royale.
With the winner walking away with $100,000 for the charity of their choosing, the AEW stars fought in honor of Andy “The Butcher” Williams.
During the course of the match, longtime rivals Eddie Kingston and Claudio Castagnoli crossed paths again.
Right from the start, Kingston and Castagnoli went to war and showed that their feud is far from over.
4. Roderick Strong ready to leave The Conglomeration
On the September 9 Rebel Heart edition of AEW Dynamite, Swerve Strickland and The New Level defeated The Conglomeration to retain the AEW World Trios Championships.
Following this loss, Roderick Strong bailed on Kyle O’Reilly and Orange Cassidy.
Then on the September 12 AEW Collision, The Conglomeration got back on the winning track with a victory over Lethal Twist. Post match, Strong once again stormed to the back without his tag team partners.
This latest move might be an indication that Roderick Strong’s time in The Conglomeration might not last for too much longer.
3. Trios build momentum to get into AEW World Trios Championship contention

Speaking of The Conglomeration, Orange Cassidy, Kyle O’Reilly and Roderick Strong rebounded from their loss to Swerve Strickland and The New Level with a win over Lethal Twist on AEW Collision.
Elsewhere on the September 12 episode, The Rascalz beat Griff Garrison, Aaron Solo and Nick Comoroto.
Following their own loss to Swerve and The New Level, Dezmond Xavier, Myron Reed and Zachary Wentz showcased what they are capable of in trios competition.
After these wins, The Rascalz and The Conglomeration might be trying to put themselves in position to challenge for the AEW World Trios Championships before long.
2. Queen Aminata positions herself as a future challenger for AEW Women’s World Champion Mercedes Monè
On the September 12 episode of AEW Collision, Queen Aminata defeated Mina Shirakawa.
This bout took place with the current AEW Women’s World Champion Mercedes Monè at commentary.
Watching both women closely, Monè got to see how much Aminata has improved over the past year.
With Mercedes now holding the top prize in the AEW women’s division, Aminata might prove to be a threat to this reign in the near future.
1. The Dogs plan to remove Jon Moxley from The Death Riders

In a backstage segment on the September 12 AEW Collision, David Finlay and Clark Connors of The Dogs questioned Gabe Kidd on listening to Jon Moxley in not attacking Will Ospreay with a steel chair over the past couple of weeks.
This led to an intense confrontation between Mox and Connors with the Death Riders leader then motivating The Dogs and PAC before their eight-man tag team match against The Bang Bang Gang.
There has been teased tension between Kidd and Mox over the latter’s relationship with Ospreay as of late.
With AEW All Out 2026 looming, The Dogs may be planning to remove Moxley from The Death Riders sooner rather than later.
