5 WWE Raw Stars To Move To SmackDown

5 WWE Raw Stars To Move To SmackDown WWE

On the Raw after SummerSlam SmackDown’s Randy Orton confronted new World Heavyweight Champion GUNTHER and secured himself a big title match at WWE Bash in Berlin.

While Orton’s controversial loss in the King of the Ring finals back in May helped make this make sense, it does perhaps set a precedent that more stars could venture over to the opposing brand in the future.

When comparing Raw and SmackDown’s rosters there is a bit of an imbalance, with Friday night’s feeling considerably lighter in terms of upper mid-card and main event level stars.

Granted, Raw is a three hour show but perhaps some changes should be made to inject some new life into the blue brand.

So, with that said here are five WWE Raw stars who could make the jump to SmackDown soon.

5. Jey Uso

Whether it’s in an official capacity or not, we expect to be seeing ‘Main Event’ Jey Uso make his return to the blue brand very, very soon.

This is because, as you may know there is a bit of a situation over on Friday nights involving his family members that he may want to check in on.

Jey has enjoyed the hottest run of his career since breaking off as a singles act on Raw, but we all know that the company need to bring him back to The Bloodline narrative at some point soon.

With Roman Reigns back, and none of his OG Bloodline family around, it’s inevitable that the OTC looks to mend some fences and bring about a family reunion.

While Paul Heyman and Jimmy Uso shouldn’t be an issue, Jey is a different story. There’s some real kayfabe trauma there that needs ironed out. We do expect that to happen in the end though, with Jey then returning to Reigns’ side on SmackDown soon enough.
