Still on the horizon for WWE SmackDown – the addition of brand new stars debuting on the blue brand.

While some may arrive from outside the company, others are likely set to graduate from NXT to main roster competition.

Here are five WWE SmackDown debuts that could be coming soon.

5. Jeff Cobb

One potential new addition to the SmackDown roster could be coming from outside the company entirely.

Although he has made appearances on AEW Dynamite in the past, it seems as though former NJPW star Jeff Cobb is poised to join WWE.

The three-time IWGP Tag Team Champion is reportedly WWE bound, making a potential arrival on SmackDown entirely possible.

While Cobb himself has taken to social media to tease both ‘retirement’ and looking forward to his next moves, the red herring could make it even more likely that Cobb will appear sooner rather than later.
