4. John Cena Becomes Intercontinental Champion
John Cena is a 17-time world champion in WWE, a five-time US Champion, and has held multiple versions of the tag team titles throughout his career.
One title he has never captured, however, is the Intercontinental Championship.
With his in-ring career coming to an end on 13 December, time appears to be running out for Cena to finally win the one title that has eluded him — but he may still get the opportunity.
According to the Wrestling Observer’s Dave Meltzer, Cena is set to take on current IC Champion Dominik Mysterio at Survivor Series — and we could finally see him capture the championship that has escaped him for 25 years.
