3. Jade Cargill Wins WWE Women’s Championship
Jade Cargill was brought into WWE from AEW with much fanfare in October 2023, with many expecting her to be pushed straight to the top of the division and become a world champion.
That, however, has not yet happened.
Since April, on the SmackDown brand, the 33-year-old has been feuding with Tiffany Stratton, failing on multiple occasions to capture the WWE Women’s World Championship.
However, the feud continues, and reports suggest she will get another shot in a one-on-one bout with Stratton at Saturday Night’s Main Event on 1 November — and it seems very likely that this will finally be the night Cargill becomes world champion.
