
Since the inception of AEW in 2019, Tony Khan has implemented several different changes that have shifted how the company looks.
Establishing certain rules for the promotion, its rapid growth has led to some adjustments that have been for the better and some that have proved to be for the worse.
With AEW celebrating their six year anniversary at Double Or Nothing 2025, here are six AEW rules that have been changed by Tony Khan.
6. Expansion Of The Creative Team
When All Elite Wrestling first started, Tony Khan worked with The Elite’s Cody Rhodes, The Young Bucks and Kenny Omega on the company’s storylines.
After several changes and additions being made to the promotion, the creative team looks much different in 2025 than it did in years past.
With the likes of Sonjay Dutt, Jerry Lynn, RJ City and Will Washington, there are several creative team members that have contributed to some of the rivalries and storylines for the promotion.
While Khan has the final say, there are several different individuals who have their fingerprints on some of the best stories that are being told on AEW television.
