Nothing has generated more conversation in the pro wrestling world than wrestlers jumping from AEW to WWE or vice versa.
From the likes of Cody Rhodes and CM Punk to Jade Cargill and Ethan Page, WWE has made an effort to give former AEW talent focused pushes after making the move over.
With Rhodes and Punk coming back to improved positions in the company, many fans have wondered and questioned who will be the next stars from the Tony Khan-led promotion to make a return to WWE
Here are six AEW stars to potentially return to WWE.
6. Miro
The most likely and obvious choice from the AEW roster to make a return to WWE is Miro.
The former Rusev recently made headlines by reportedly requesting his release from All Elite Wrestling after four years with the company.
Miro has not been seen on AEW programming in 2024 and could be looking for a way back to the promotion that he initially made a name for himself.
There has been no word on AEW granting Miro his release as of yet. However, if he was to exit, a return to his Rusev name in the current landscape of WWE under Triple H could be just what he needs to to revitalize his career.
