Roman Reigns made his return to WWE television back at SummerSlam, his first appearance since losing the Undisputed WWE Championship at WrestleMania 40, and is back on SmackDown as well.
With Roman set to appear on both this week and next week’s episodes of SmackDown, his return comes at a time where a number of other changes could be set to take place on the brand.
Here are 6 changes potentially coming to WWE SmackDown following Roman Reigns’ return.
6) SmackDown Moving Back To USA Network
Along with the August 9 and August 16 episodes of SmackDown, Roman Reigns has also now been announced for the September 13 episode of SmackDown.
The September 13 episode of SmackDown is an important episode for the company, as it will be the first episode of SmackDown back on the USA Network.
With the show set to change networks, WWE will likely look to stack the show akin to the first NXT shows on the CW Network.
The network won’t be the only thing changing on September 13 however.
