AEW boasts a stacked roster of talent.
Yet in the midst of a wrestling war, it’s always crucial to keep an eye out for the next star who could make a real difference.
The wrestling world currently has multiple free agents who could be major additions to AEW’s already impressive line-up.
Here are six free agents we could soon see make their way to AEW.
6. Ronda Rousey
Few could argue against the idea that Ronda Rousey changed the landscape of women’s wrestling in the United States.
Arriving in WWE as a former UFC Women’s Champion, she played the central role in elevating women’s wrestling to the very top of the card — as part of the first-ever women’s main event at WrestleMania: the three-way match against Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair at WrestleMania 35.
Despite a less successful second run with WWE, Rousey remains a globally recognised star with significant crossover appeal.
There are few bigger free agents in the wrestling world, so perhaps we could see “The Baddest Woman on the Planet” sign with AEW, especially considering she’s already had a match for ROH.
