AEW/Netflix
On December 4, it was revealed that Netflix had successfully put in a bid for AEW partner Warner Bros. Discovery that saw the streaming service acquire the TV organization.
This has now brought fans a situation where Netflix has a partnership with WWE for Monday Night Raw to stream on the app and now own the organization that airs AEW weekly.
With Netflix potentially having AEW now, it could lead to some wholesale changes for the company moving forward.
Here are six potential Netflix changes to AEW.
6. No More Simulcast On HBO Max

The acquisition of WBD for Netflix means several different things about the logical infrastructure of the television organization.
One of the bigger models that is part of Warner Bros. Discovery’s business is the HBO Max streaming service.
However, Max is in direct competition with Netflix, so many insiders believe the company will decide to can the service eventually.
This would mean no more simulcast of AEW Dynamite and Collision of the show as well as the pay-per-views will no longer be available for subscribers as well with Max reportedly expected to be gone down the road.
