With the potential to bolster star power even further on WWE programming, there could be several new WWE Championships coming soon.

From adding a new title to WWE to match those in other companies or something entirely different, there could be some interesting additions coming in 2026.

Here are six potential new WWE Championships.

6. WWE Mixed Tag Team Championship

While not established yet in WWE, there is some precedence for the possibility to see a WWE Mixed Tag Team Championship introduced in the future.

With the AAA Mixed Tag Team Championship already being held by WWE stars Chelsea Green and Ethan Page, there is a definite possibility that similar titles could come to the main roster.

Since there are numerous mixed tag team pairings including real life couples like Becky Lynch & Seth Rollins, AJ Lee & CM Punk and Zelina Vega & Aleister Black featuring in the company, there are plenty of platonic partnerships as well.

With the likes of Rhea Ripley & Damian Priest, Finn Balor & Liv Morgan and more, there could be some very interesting matches and rivalries that come from the introduction of a mixed tag title.
