On Saturday, June 7, WWE will present its next premium live event with Money In The Bank 2025 from the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles, California.
One thing that has always been a staple of the WWE Money In The Bank premium live event has been surprises.
From debuts and returns to shocking winners and losers, this year’s show is surely gonna deliver on the twists and turns that have become a consistent joy to watch unfold.
Here are six potential surprises at WWE Money In The Bank 2025.
6. Rhea Ripley Turns Heel On IYO SKY
On the March 3 edition of WWE Raw, IYO SKY defeated Rhea Ripley to win the WWE Women’s World Championship. Since then, Ripley has been hellbent on chasing SKY to reclaim her title over the course of the past two months.
After losing to IYO in a three-way match with Bianca Belair at WrestleMania 41, Rhea has found herself working alongside “The Genius of the Sky” in an effort to fight off Roxanne Perez and Giulia.
Now that the duo has defeated Perez and Giulia on the May 12 edition of Monday Night Raw, it looks like nothing is in the way of a collision course between Ripley and SKY.
WWE Money In The Bank 2025 should see a rematch between the two where Rhea’s desire to regain the gold leads to her turning heel on IYO and completely trying to destroy the popular star.
