The upcoming WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event could offer another night filled with some shocking moments.
Whether it be a return or a new champion being crowned, the Peacock special from Salt Lake City should give fans some memories they will not soon forget.
Here are six potential surprises at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event.
6. GUNTHER Returns To Challenge John Cena
At WWE SummerSlam 2025 Night One, CM Punk defeated GUNTHER to win the World Heavyweight Championship.
During the course of the bout, “The Ring General” suffered a nose injury that led to him being sidelined since then.
Recent reports have indicated that GUNTHER could be returning and be in line to face John Cena in his final match of his career.
With the December 13 edition of WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event set to hold Cena’s retirement match, GUNTHER could return on November 1 to challenge the record-breaking 17-time world champion.
