From Blake Monroe winning the NXT Women’s North American Championship to DarkState regaining the tag team titles, these changes have altered the landscape for the entire brand.

With how fast things move on the show, there will be plenty more NXT titles that will change hands over the course of the next few weeks and months.

6. Izzi Dame Betrays Tatum Paxley To Win The NXT Women’s Championship

At WWE NXT Halloween Havoc 2025, Tatum Paxley shocked the fans by defeating Jacy Jayne to win the NXT Women’s Championship.

However, the ending of the match saw Tatum’s best friend and The Culling stablemate Izzi Dame look to hit her with the title belt.

Despite Paxley seeing this and moving out of the way before winning the match, this fact has not been brought up or referenced since then.

Dame betraying Paxley by taking the NXT Women’s Championship from her seems like the most logical story to watch unfold in the weeks to come.
