The landscape of both WWE Raw and SmackDown changed coming out of SummerSlam last weekend.
While we are just a few months removed from the Draft, trades and roster movements happen all year round, and the roster is never immune to additional shake ups.
There are a number of SmackDown stars right now who could benefit with a move over to Raw heading into the Netflix era.
Here are 6 WWE SmackDown stars who could move over to the Raw roster.
6) Randy Orton
Randy Orton seemingly ignored the current brand split this past week, when he made the jump over to Raw like an RKO, out of nowhere.
Randy challenged World Heavyweight Champion Gunther for Bash In Berlin, so he will seemingly be a part of the Raw roster for at least the next few weeks.
However, with some of Raw’s key players likely set to move to SmackDown as part of the Bloodline story in the coming months, Randy’s move could be made permanent in exchange for Sami Zayn and Jey Uso.
Randy has been a member of the SmackDown roster since his return at Survivor Series last year, so a brand switch would be a nice change of scenery.
