6 WWE Stars To Join AEW

6 WWE Stars To Join AEW WWE, AEW

WWE stars moving across to AEW is certainly not a rare occurrence by any means.

We’ve seen time and time again WWE stars look for greener pastures and extra opportunities working for Tony Khan.

While this has had mixed results, many stars have massively benefited from doing just that. AEW World Champion Swerve Strickland, FTR, AEW Women’s World Champion Toni Storm to name a few.

In mid 2024 there seems to substantial rumors surrounding a ton of WWE stars’ futures, with the company playing it close with several contract renewals.

So with that said, we’re going to take a look at the current roster and pick out the six stars who are most likely to become All Elite in the near future.

6. Becky Lynch

AEW CEO Tony Khan and WWE star Becky Lynch

Becky Lynch leaving WWE is something many would have never thought possible up until recently. The Man is undoubtedly one of its biggest stars of the last 10 years, so why have they allowed her to walk out the door?

For those perhaps unaware, Lynch’s WWE contract has expired and she is now a free agent, free to move wherever she pleases. In theory, Lynch could show up on Dynamite this Wednesday on June 5, or at Forbidden Door on June 30.

The possibilities are there. But will it happen?

Well, most people would lean towards the answer being no on that one. As mentioned Lynch is treated like a star in WWE, and her husband Seth Rollins has just re-signed. But hey, this is wrestling. We’ve seen crazier things happen.

Wherever she lands, expect Lynch to receive a record-breaking contract for a female talent. That much seems almost certain, so fair play to The Man for taking some time off and seemingly keeping her options open.
