WWE
WWE has gone into a rebuild mode with their tag team division over the course of 2024. From tag teams being rebranded to betrayals of long-time partnerships, there has been a shift in the focus and storylines for the duos in the company.
With 2025 on the horizon, there are several other tag teams who are likely on their way to embrace change with a split in the coming months.
Here are six WWE tag teams to split up.
6. A-Town Down Under
One of the most tumultuous partnerships currently active in WWE is Austin Theory and Grayson Waller of A Town Down Under.
The duo have been going through their struggles since losing the WWE Tag Team Championships in July.
Whether it’s Waller using Theory as a shield or the Grayson Waller Effect branding, A-Town Down Under seem like they are on the brink of breaking up.
A-Town Down Under splitting up will give Waller an opportunity to break out on his own, while WWE may be able to explore different sides of Theory’s character in the process.
