7 AEW Stars To Undergo Name Changes

A name is a very important detail to a character and there are several current AEW stars who would benefit from undergoing a change.

From slight variations to something entirely different, change can be a good thing and there are several AEW stars that deserve a boost to their current characters.

Here are seven AEW stars that could undergo name changes sometime soon.

7. FTR & Stokely Hathaway

This pair of name changes have recently made their way onto AEW TV.

Now that he has joined forces with FTR, Stokely Hathaway has dropped the surname and will now be referred to as simply Stokely, which has been made official on the AEW roster page.

FTR on the other hand haven’t seen a proper name change, but their entrance graphics went from reading “living legends” to “living legend killers”.

Since Dax Harwood is often announced as “Dax the Axe”, perhaps Cash Wheeler needs a new heel nickname just to join in with the rest of the group – he was referred to as “Cash Money” in the past by MJF when FTR were in the Pinaccle.
