With WWE Backlash 2025 fast approaching, not everything for the St. Louis, Missouri premium live event may come to plan.
While there were some matches and moments that fans expected to see to others that could change directions for stories entirely – WWE Backlash 2025 is sure to make a big impact.
Here are seven changes to WWE Backlash 2025 from what fans may have expected after WrestleMania 41.
7. No Jey Uso
Just because there isn’t a Jey Uso match scheduled for Backlash doesn’t have to mean that there won’t be any appearance from the WWE World Heavyweight Champion.
Given his popularity with the crowd, perhaps he will appear just to give the people what they want – but he won’t be in action.
Jey Uso continues to feud with Logan Paul but it seems the duo won’t be facing off in St Louis. Despite their back and forth, there is no match set for the pair.
With a rivalry that doesn’t seem close to over, it is entirely likely these two will tangle down the road, potentially at Saturday Night’s Main Event, Money in the Bank, or a bigger stage like SummerSlam.
