With just a few weeks remaining ahead of WWE SummerSlam 2026, there could be a number of significant changes to Monday Night Raw ahead of the show.

Coming off the heels of WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event from Madison Square Garden, the landscape looks a bit different on the red brand and the show could see more twists and turns on the July 27 edition of Raw.

From storylines heating up to dynamics going upside down, fans will have to watch the final Monday Night Raw before SummerSlam 2026 to see everything that could change before “The Biggest Party of the Summer.”

Here are seven potential changes to WWE Raw before SummerSlam 2026.

7. Fatal Influence Make Their Raw In-Ring Debut

At the July 18 WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event, Fatal Influence defeated Paige and Brie Bella to win the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships.

With Lainey Reid and Fallon Henley now holding the gold, this means that Fatal Influence is allowed to appear on any brand of their choosing.

After making their presence felt on SmackDown since their main roster callup following WrestleMania 42, Henley, Reid and Jacy Jayne could show up on Monday nights to showcase this faction in a major way.

Fatal Influence interacting with the Raw women’s division could make for an interesting scene and create some intrigue in the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship picture.

6. Dominik Mysterio Challenges Danhausen To A Match

Over the past few weeks, Danhausen has been making The Judgment Day’s lives a living hell since cursing each member.

At the July 18 edition of WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event, Danhausen defeated JD McDonagh in a No DQ Match thanks to an assist from New York Knicks center Karl-Anthony Towns.

Along the way, KAT or KAT-Hausen delivered chokeslam to Dominik Mysterio through a table.

After he has beaten his stablemate and cursed his girlfriend, “Dirty Dom” will have no choice but to challenge Danhausen to a match on the WWE Raw before SummerSlam 2026.

5. Alpha Academy Looking For Revenge Against The Vision

On the July 6 edition of WWE Raw, The Vision defeated Street Profits to win the World Tag Team Championships due to outside interference from Maxxine Dupri.

After the match, Dupri embraced Austin Theory with a kiss and seemingly joined The VIsion stable.

On the July 13 Raw, Alpha Academy confronted Maxxine about her decision to side with The Vision, but Dupri would go on to distract Otis before Theory low-blowed him and Bron Breakker destroyed her former friends.

Alpha Academy could be looking for vengeance now and may challenge The Vision’s Breakker and Theory for the World Tag Team Titles on the July 27 WWE Raw before SummerSlam 2026.

4. Logan Paul Calls Out Tom Brady After Fanatics Fest

Over the past few months, WWE stars and Tom Brady have been teasing the possibility of the NFL legend showing up in the ring.

After appearing on Logan Paul’s podcast, Brady has been trading barbs back-and-forth on social media with The Vision member.

Despite his torn tricep injury, Paul appeared at Fanatics Fest in New York City and got into a confrontation with Brady on stage that saw the former New England Patriots quarterback slapping the WWE star.

Paul coming out on the WWE Raw before SummerSlam 2026 to call out and invite Tom Brady to “The Biggest Party of the Summer” could be a compelling angle that might bring some mainstream attention to the event with this celebrity presence.

3. Penta & Chad Gable Team Together For The First Time

On the July 13 episode of Monday Night Raw, Chad Gable defeated Ethan Page, Rusev, Je’Von Evans, Dragon Lee, Dominik Mysterio and Joe Hendry to a Gauntlet to become the number one contender for the Intercontinental Championship.

Now that he has a shot at the gold, Gable will walk out into his hometown of Minneapolis, Minnesota to challenge Penta for the IC Title at WWE SummerSlam 2026.

This seems to be a title bout built on respect following Gable’s recent redemption and apology tour that saw him make amends with Penta for his disrespect to the lucha libre culture as The Original El Grande Americano.

Ahead of their title showdown at WWE SummerSlam 2026, Penta and Gable could team for the first time on the July 27 Raw to face the duo of Page and Rusev who will be looking to take out both men ahead of the PLE.

2. Jey Uso Returns

Over the past few weeks, The Bloodline has been missing the presence of Jey Uso on Monday Night Raw.

This has not stopped Jacob Fatu and Jimmy Uso from throwing their weight around when it comes to dealing with LA Knight, Royce Keys and Solo Sikoa.

Bringing together this unlikely trio, Knight, Keys and Sikoa will now face The Bloodline in a six-man tag team match at WWE SummerSlam 2026.

Following his recent absence, Jey Uso could make his return on the Raw before SummerSlam and give The Bloodline back their control in this feud ahead of the big trios battle in Minneapolis.

1. Roman Reigns & Seth Rollins Switch Roles?

Ahead of WWE SummerSlam 2026, the story for the World Heavyweight Championship bout on the card has been Roman Reigns needing to finally beat Seth Rollins in a high stakes match.

It is also about Reigns’ absolute disdain for Rollins and feeling his former Shield brethren is beneath him as the number two in WWE.

Despite his cocky demeanor, Reigns was presented as the valiant babyface alongside New York Knicks guard Jalen Brunson against Rollins who had some help from Indiana Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton at the July 18 WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event.

This could lead to the roles and dynamics in the Roman vs. Seth feud to change with the fans accepting “The OTC” as the hero and “The Visionary” as the villain just before their headliner at WWE SummerSlam 2026.
