WWE/Netflix
WWE Unreal became the newest show produced by the company that premiered on the Netflix streaming service in 2025.
This reality show took a close look at the writers’ room and behind-the-scenes environment in WWE. Season 1 focused primarily on the road to WrestleMania 41 and the stars featured at the event.
On December 10, the company officially announced season two will premiere on January 20, 2026 and will showcase several new stars.
Here are seven potential changes to WWE Unreal season two.
7. The Road To SummerSlam Is The Main Focus

This year’s WWE SummerSlam had many different stories that were being paid off and started on the two-night event from New Jersey.
With season one of Unreal focusing on WrestleMania 41, it makes sense that the next season would put a spotlight on the road to SummerSlam.
Considering WWE SummerSlam 2025 was the first two-night PLE in the show’s history, the stars who were highlighted on that evening will get the majority of the camera time on this season of WWE Unreal.
Based on everything that happened over the summer of 2025, it should be very interesting what fans are able to see about how it was backstage in WWE during this period.
