7.Kylie Rae

When the company announced its WWE Independent Development program, one of the biggest names signed was Kylie Rae.

The veteran has spent time in several promotions, such as All Elite Wrestling, TNA Wrestling and across the indies.

With almost 10 years of experience, Rae has been a stalwart for the WWE Evolve brand since it was revived under the company’s banner.

Kylie making her main roster debut at the historic WWE Evolution 2025 event would be a major statement to show just how much the company values the plucky underdog babyface.
