With exciting free agents in professional wrestling, there are several former WWE champions that could be poised to sign with TNA Wrestling.

From those who have already appeared in the promotion to others who would be signing on for the first time, there are some intriguing potential future additions to the TNA roster.

Here are seven former WWE champions that could sign with TNA Wrestling.

7. The IInspiration

Former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Cassie Lee & Jess McKay (Peyton Royce & Billie Kay) took time out of in-ring action to start families before returning to tag team action.

Also former TNA Women’s Tag Team Champions, they made their return to TNA Wrestling in June 2025 and have already gone on to capture the championship once again.

While the duo are reportedly currently working in TNA without a contract, it would make sense to see the pair signed to longer term deals with the brand.

Able to certainly rule the TNA Knockouts tag team division but also have potential crossover appearances on NXT, it could be the perfect arrangement for the former IIconics for the time being.
