On Saturday, June 28, WWE will present their next premium live event with Night of Champions 2025 coming to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
On the June 9 edition of Monday Night Raw, CM Punk issued a challenge to John Cena for the Undisputed WWE Championship, a challenge that was then made official later in the show.
With this headline bout, as well as the finals of the King and Queen of the Ring tournaments, WWE Night of Champions 2025 will be one of the most high profile shows of the year with plenty more matches set to be made in the weeks to come.
Here are seven matches to be potentially added to WWE Night of Champions 2025.
7. WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship: Becky Lynch (c) vs. Lyra Valkyria vs. Bayley
At WWE Money in the Bank 2025, Becky Lynch defeated Lyra Valkyria to win the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship.
Then after almost two months out of action, the June 9 edition of Monday Night Raw saw the return of Bayley – attacking Lynch, who put her on the shelf prior to WrestleMania 41.
This should set the stage for both Bayley and Valkyria both coming for Becky and the Women’s Intercontinental Title at the upcoming premium live event.
Lynch defending her title against her two enemies could make for a very heated and intense three-way battle that could potentially steal the show at WWE Night of Champions 2025.
