While many fans state that there might be too many titles, there is always room for more with the roster always expanding for AEW.

From different weight classes being represented to providing more opportunity for the women’s division, the company could introduce any number of titles in the future.

Here are seven potential new AEW championships.

7. AEW Women’s Tag Team Championship

Something that has become a very popular conversation among the AEW fanbase recently is the possibility of a Women’s Tag Team Championship.

With the women’s division becoming more and more stacked in recent months, it has provided a need for more titles for the women to compete over and necessitates more TV time being devoted to the female stars as well.

The AEW Women’s Tag Team Championship might also be necessary with the various pairings that have came together, such as Megan Bayne and Penelope Ford, Anna Jay and Harley Cameron, and the duo of Timeless Toni Storm and Mina Shirakawa.

Considering these teams have come together and the company is booking more tag team matches, it would make sense with the addition of more women to the roster that tag team titles are introduced sooner rather than later.
