AEW/WWE
AEW has picked up quite a few key free agent acquisitions throughout the year of 2025.
From JetSpeed to Megan Bayne, these pickups have enhanced the roster of the company with the additions helping to fill out the men’s, women’s and tag team divisions.
AEW Full Gear 2025 will have a star studded lineup like many of the pay-per-views this year, but there could also be some new signings making their arrival to the promotion at the premier event.
Here are seven potentially new AEW signings at Full Gear 2025.
7. Cedric Alexander

In February 2025, Cedric Alexander was released from WWE after a nine-year run with the promotion.
Since then, Alexander has started working with TNA Wrestling and competing actively on their programming.
Despite his active role on TNA television, it has been reported that the former WWE Cruiserweight Champion has not signed a contract with the company.
Alexander could immediately show up at AEW Full Gear 2025 and join his former Hurt Business stablemates MVP, Shelton Benjamin and Bobby Lashley in their Hurt Syndicate faction during the Casino Gauntlet Match for the new National Title.
