7 New AEW Tag Teams To Debut

The AEW tag team division has come under a little scrutiny as of late, especially compared to what it once was.

However, tonight’s Dynamite is set to feature a tag team Casino Gauntlet match, which is a chance to showcase the very best duos that the company has to offer, and potentially some outsiders or lesser-established teams as well.

With all of that in mind, here are seven potential new tag teams that could debut in AEW soon.

7. Claudio Castagnoli & Pac

One of the biggest talking points coming out of the AEW All Out pay-per-view this past weekend was the angle after Bryan Danielson retained the AEW World Championship against Jack Perry.

Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli and Pac all turned on Danielson and Wheeler Yuta, seemingly establishing a new group led by Moxley with Castagnoli, Pac and Marina Shafir.

If that is indeed the new group’s lineup, there’s every chance it means Moxley heading it up as the main singles guy, with Castagnoli and Pac as his tag team backup.

Castagnoli and Yuta worked well as a tag team, and there’s every reason to believe Castagnoli and Pac would work just as well, if not better.
