Tag team wrestling has seen a slight boost across WWE television in the past few months.
Over on SmackDown, The Street Profits have been leading the charge with the likes of DIY, the Motor City Machine Guns and Fraxiom all bringing the goods inside the squared circle. Meanwhile, The New Day, War Raiders and American Made have made a name for themselves over on Raw.
However, there is still room to grow, including WWE bringing in some more duos from around the pro wrestling world to bolster the depth of the tag team division even more.
From recent free agents to potential tandems that could become available, here are seven potential new WWE tag team signings.
7. The Righteous (Vincent & Dutch)
At the beginning of May, it was reported that The Righteous had requested and been granted their release from All Elite Wrestling.
After a two year run with AEW and Ring of Honor, The Righteous feel like a duo that could become a valuable asset for whatever promotion they head to next.
With the strengths as unique characters and talking ability, Vincent and Dutch could be a suitable addition to WWE right now.
Following the tease from Karrion Kross on social media, The Righteous coming into WWE to align with the former NXT Champion could help all three men’s careers and position them as a new faction on the rise in the main roster.
