On the November 22 episode of SmackDown, CM Punk made his return to be revealed as the fifth member of Roman Reigns and The OG Bloodline’s War Games team at WWE Survivor Series 2024.

Despite Punk’s association with the stable at the event, he will not be joining the OG Bloodline full time, but what would happen if “The Second City Saint” decided to start his own faction?

Whether it be the Straight Edge Society or The New Nexus, Punk has led several different groups throughout his career and could be on the verge of a brand new one.

Here are seven WWE stars who potentially join a new faction led by CM Punk.

7. Paul Heyman

To many fans all around the world, CM Punk is the original “Paul Heyman Guy,” so it didn’t surprise them to see Heyman introduce his best friend as the OG Bloodline’s fifth man for War Games.

After their interaction during the summer of 2024, WWE fans were speculating if they would ever see Heyman associated with Punk on the company’s television again.

With Heyman’s return bringing in Punk, it shouldn’t be out of the realm of possibility that this will become a more long term reunion.

Heyman becoming the “Wise Man” for Punk and his new group would deliver fun, entertaining television and set up a tantalising showdown with Roman Reigns down the line.
