Tonight’s WWE Raw on Netflix premiere will be a crucial show for the company and provide a glimpse into their future on the streaming platform for the next five or more years.
Being on a streaming service will bring the WWE product to new viewers and provide them with the opportunity to shake things up a bit.
Here are eight potential WWE Raw on Netflix changes:
8. “Mami Back On Top” – Rhea Ripley Regains The WWE Women’s World Championship
One of the more high profile bouts announced for the Raw on Netflix premiere will see Liv Morgan defend the WWE Women’s World Championship against Rhea Ripley.
Many fans believe this contest will serve as the blowoff for the two women’s near-year long rivalry and determine who will be the standard bearer for the Raw women’s division on Netflix.
Morgan has done a solid job at leading the division as champion and found new strides in her character work following her heel turn and aligning with Dominik Mysterio.
However, now is the time for WWE to put the division Rhea’s back once again, allowing for one of their biggest stars to be showcased as a champion heading into WrestleMania season.
