8 Headline WWE Hall Of Fame 2027 Inductees

One of the biggest events of the entire WrestleMania weekend has always been the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony.

With the year going by fast, the company could already be discussing some of the potential candidates to be inducted into the hallowed Halls next April.

Looking at all of the available legends in and out of the company, WWE may have plenty of choices for a headline inductee for next year’s Hall of Fame in Saudi Arabia.

Here are eight potential headline WWE Hall of Fame 2027 inductees.

8. Batista

Back in 2020, WWE announced that former multi-time World Heavyweight Champion Batista was set to be inducted into the Hall of Fame, but the global pandemic caused the promotion to cancel the event.

“The Animal” is one of the biggest stars of the 2000 and 2010s in the company. Since his full-time career ended in 2010, Batista has since become a Hollywood megastar who is lauded for his acting ability.

Considering how high profile his potential Hall of Fame induction could have been, it is surprising that WWE has not yet had Batista back for the ceremony six years later.

Batista being the headliner for the WWE Hall of Fame 2027 would bring more eyes to the show with the event remaining as one of the staples that should remain part of Mania weekend in Saudi Arabia.

7. The Shield (Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins & Dean Ambrose)

At WWE SummerSlam 2026, Roman Reigns will defend the World Heavyweight Championship against Seth Rollins.

Culminating a rivalry that started the night Rollins stabbed Reigns in the back in 2014, all the accomplishments and accolades of both men have been highlighted in a video package that dates back to their WWE debut together as members of The Shield.

With the company celebrating the success of the group’s members, it could open the door for WWE to honor Reigns and Rollins early.

Most likely with the insistence of both men, all three members of The Shield could receive the WWE Hall of Fame induction for being one of the most impactful factions in the company’s history.

6. Bray Wyatt

The wrestling world was left stunned and saddened to hear the shocking passing of Bray Wyatt in 2023.

The former WWE Champion remains one of the most popular stars of his generation and an often-praised creative mind that helped push the company forward.

From his days as the leader of The Wyatt Family to the innovations he introduced as “The Fiend” character, there is no doubt how much Bray Wyatt shook the foundation of the promotion and the business.

Wyatt finally being honored in the WWE Hall of Fame 2027 ceremony feels like it should be a headline induction that will put his legacy on the pedestal that it deserves.

5. Michael Cole

Among those currently signed to WWE, there might not be anyone in front of the camera who has recorded more days on the job than Michael Cole.

The voice of WWE has been with the company since 1997 and has remained a constant that has given all the stories a reliable narrator now nearly 30 years later.

Considering how much the promotion tries to give him his flowers, it would make sense to see Cole being placed among the all-time greats in the Hall of Fame.

From whoever the company gets to induct him to what should be a memorable and emotional speech from the legend, Cole would be worthy of becoming the first WWE commentator to headline a Hall of Fame ceremony in Saudi Arabia.

4. Randy Orton

Over the past few years, WWE has not been shy at all to celebrate those who are currently active on the roster.

From in-ring competitors like Rey Mysterio to consistent on-screen characters like Paul Heyman, the company has shown their appreciation for the contributions of different WWE legends.

“The Legend Killer” still has several years left inside the squared circle, but it would not be entirely surprising to see WWE wanting Orton to go into the hallowed Halls as a headliner.

Being a former 14-time WWE World Champion and known worldwide for his RKO finisher, Orton checks every box necessary to be a rightful headline inductee in the Hall of Fame class of 2027.

3. John Cena

2025 was dedicated to the main story in the company, the John Cena Retirement Tour.

Over the 12 months, the company said goodbye to Cena with “The Never Seen 17” being a focal point for a record breaking year when it comes to live attendance and revenue.

After retiring in December, Cena has now become an ambassador for the company and has made appearances at a few WWE PLEs, such as WrestleMania 42 and Backlash.

With his status as one of the greatest stars in company history and record breaking 17 WWE World Title reigns under his belt, Cena is the easiest option to headline the Hall of Fame 2027 in Riyadh.

2. Brock Lesnar

At WWE WrestleMania 42 Night Two, Oba Femi defeated Brock Lesnar. After the match, Lesnar removed his gloves and boots, leaving them in the ring to signal that he was retiring from in-ring competition.

However, this self-imposed retirement only lasted a month when Brock emerged to attack Femi and then go on to defeat him in a rematch at WWE Clash In Italy 2026.

While he is set to meet Femi inside Hell In A Cell at WWE SummerSlam 2026, it does not seem like Lesnar will be sticking around wrestling for much longer following the event.

After giving him a tribute video package following his “retirement” at Mania, it feels like the company should invite Lesnar for a WWE Hall of Fame induction next year and potentially also a match at “The Showcase of the Immortals” to close out his career.

1.The Rock

It is quite surprising to many fans that The Rock has never been inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.

Widely regarded as one of the greatest WWE stars of all time, The Rock has become one of the most famous celebrities in the world that has seen him become a Hollywood A-Lister.

Wanting to bring huge names outside of the wrestling business into the fold as of late, WWE would be wise to call upon The Rock for a Hall of Fame induction.

The Rock being inducted would mark the third generation of his family to go into the WWE Hall of Fame, making it even more special.
