With the departure of several AEW stars expected to lead to their debuts in WWE, there are more stars who could make the leap.
From legends with major history with WWE to currently active in-ring performers, there are more candidates than you might expect.
Here are eight legends who could leave AEW and return to WWE.
8. Chris Jericho
While the ‘Learning Tree’ continues to command plenty of attention in AEW, it is possible that Chris Jericho would at some point return to WWE.
With Chris Jericho’s history in WWE still being acknowledged by the company on television, it wouldn’t be a tremendous leap to see him return.
Given the way his shifting character iterations lend to him appearing to have experienced a complete transformation, it isn’t beyond the realms of comprehension that we could re-visit Y2J again someday.
Certainly one would expect for Chris Jericho to at some point be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.
