On the June 30 edition of Monday Night Raw, General Managers Nick Aldis and Adam Pearce announced that there will be a number one contenders battle royal taking place at WWE Evolution 2025.

The winner of this battle royal will get a world title shot at the upcoming WWE Clash In Paris premium live event in August.

Considering the stakes for this matchup, it wouldn’t be surprising to see some legendary names and debuting talent make their first appearance as a surprise entrant here.

Looking at the stars who could possibly show up, here are eight potential surprise entrants in WWE Evolution 2025 battle royal.

8. Brie Bella

Ahead of WWE Evolution 2025, news started to circulate that WWE Hall of Famer Brie Bella could make her return to the company.

Following her twin sister Nikki Bella returning on the June 9 Monday Night Raw, it was reported that WWE were in talks with Brie regarding her own return.

While it doesn’t seem like the iconic duo will be involved in the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship match at WWE Evolution 2025 like many fans assumed, the company could still include them in this number one contenders battle royal.

Seeing Brie Bella make her in-ring return for the first time since 2018 in this battle royal would be a welcomed sight, one that could also give fans The Bella Twins WWE reunion that many are clamouring for.
