WWE
WWE NXT has not seen a ton of callups to the main roster as of late with several names on the roster having been there for multiple years.
From talent introduced during the 2.0 era to those who have more than proven themselves on the brand, it feels like there will be some roster turnover with multiple stars moving up to Raw or SmackDown in the near future.
Putting some of these talents on the main roster would help make room for up-and-coming stars on WWE Evolve, LFG, ID and TNA Wrestling over on NXT in prominent roles moving forward.
Here are eight WWE NXT stars to potentially leave the show.
8. Tony D’Angelo

Ever since being confronted by a mystery figure at his restaurant on the July 29 edition of WWE NXT, Tony D’Angelo has not appeared on the company’s television.
This has led to many fans believing that “The Don of NXT” will make his way to the WWE main roster at some point.
After four years on the brand and winning every title available outside of the NXT Championship, it feels like the right time for D’Angelo to make his presence felt on Raw or SmackDown.
Bringing Tony D to the main roster should be interesting to see how his “mob boss” character works with the far more realistic personas on Monday and Friday nights.
