Former NXT UK Heritage Cup Champion A-Kid recently debuted on NXT 2.0, and although not confirmed, it seems like the idea is for him to permanently switch brands from here on out.
How he’ll fare in the US is anyone’s guess – he doesn’t have size and that seems to be a major thing for WWE right now, but if he impresses enough in the ring, perhaps he can be an exception to the rule.
However, if we’re going to take him seriously at all, he probably shouldn’t be called A-Kid.
First of all, because it sounds very silly, but also, he’s not gonna be a kid forever (he’s already nearly 25), and the older he gets, the sillier it’ll get.
Although he’s already had a couple of matches for NXT 2.0, now is the time to change it before he starts appearing more consistently.
