Ahead of WrestleMania 41, WWE announced its acquisition of Lucha Libre AAA, bringing one of Mexico’s top promotions under its management.
This new relationship will get an official start with the upcoming WWE NXT x AAA Worlds Collide event on Saturday, June 7.
Following the announcement of Los Garza appearing on the upcoming TripleMania Regia event, this announcement will likely lead to even more WWE stars appearing in the company next.
With several Mexican and Latin American talent in the company, here are eight WWE stars to potentially appear in Lucha Libre AAA.
8. Penta
In January, Penta made his debut in WWE and has since been making a name for himself over on the Monday Night Raw brand.
During the announcement of the AAA acquisition, Penta was one of the most prominent stars who were on the stage for this news.
Considering his role as one of the biggest stars in Mexico for the company, it would not surprise any fans to see the luchador make his way back to AAA.
When WWE decides to send talent over to the promotion, Penta should be at the top of the list and could help AAA tremendously with his exposure in America.
