While Tony Khan continues to have his hands full in charge of creative over all of AEW and ROH, there are a few changes that could be made on Collision.
Since debuting in June 2023, AEW Collision has been airing on Saturday nights and has hosted some memorable moments, but some things may need shaking up.
Here are nine changes that could be made to AEW Collision.
9. Switch To Thursday Nights
It seems as though this change is actually being considered since there is movement regarding the upcoming AEW airing schedule.
According to TNT’s latest schedule, AEW Collision will air on Thursday again twice in the month of May – with both May 8 and May 22 noted as hosting those weeks’ episodes of Collision.
Relatedly, the taping for Collision that was set for Saturday, May 17 in Wichita, Kansas was cancelled with fans receiving a refund. Instead, the May 14 taping of Beach Break Dynamite in Chicago, Illinois will also see the Collision taping occur.
With the switches to the upcoming AEW taping and airing schedule seemingly a test-pilot for a potential shift to Thursday, perhaps fans will start being able to enjoy back-to-back nights of AEW on TV.
