WWE
In 2025, for the first time, WWE took a page from the UFC and began inducting individual matches – alongside wrestlers – into the Hall of Fame.
The company has titled this new category the “Immortal Moment.”
The inaugural bout inducted was the iconic ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin vs. Bret Hart No DQ Submission Match from WrestleMania 13.
Here are nine other bouts we could expect to see added in the future.
9. Hulk Hogan vs. The Rock – WrestleMania 18

One Hulk Hogan match that will almost certainly find its way into the WWE Hall of Fame after his passing this past summer is his WrestleMania 18 clash with The Rock.
This legendary encounter saw Canadian fans at the SkyDome unanimously cheer Hogan, who, despite returning to WWE as a heel, was wrestling at his first WrestleMania in nine years – turning the crowd firmly against the company’s top babyface, The Rock.
Billed as a battle for “The Absolute Best Ever,” it was an undeniably memorable bout between arguably WWE’s two biggest ever stars, and with Hogan’s recent passing, it would be entirely unsurprising to see this match inducted into the Hall of Fame as soon as this year.
