8. Giovanni Vinci
Giovanni Vinci’s much hyped repackaging as a solo star on SmackDown back in September saw him lose two straight matches to our previous entry Apollo Crews.
While it seemed to be building towards the former Imperium star getting his win back over Crews, that never came to be and it’s now been almost three months since his last televised match.
If WWE had stuck with the story they seemed to be telling we could be talking about Vinci in a different light, but as of now it seems like his future is an uncertain one.
A move to WWE NXT seems likes the best option for all parties, with Vinci getting the chance to properly embrace his gimmick for a sustained push on Tuesday nights.
